Pettit Singleton Associates (PSA) are one of the areas largest Building Services Engineering Practices, located on Preston Docklands, and whose philosophy is to strive to provide the highest standard of service to clients, with the aim of exceeding their expectations, offering innovative, practical and value for money buildings. This pursuit has led to PSA being awarded some prestigious and technically demanding projects.

The key to the success and growth over the years of PSA ,has been our total commitment to quality and service that is reflected in the end result. Our success can only be measured by client satisfaction, with over 80% or our work being repeat work for clients.

We provide specialist services in design and supervision of Electrical and Mechanical installations to a broad spectrum of clients in the built environment, from high technology projects in communications and health, to commercial offices and retail space. Over recent years many projects have been developed towards environmentally responsive buildings in education, leisure and the residential sector. In addition PSA are able to offer Clerk of Works (Mechanical and Electrical), condition surveys, maintenance reports, and full AutoCAD draughting facilities. 

The Practice has introduced and will maintain a comprehensive, efficient and effective quality programme to which the Partners are committed. PSA are members of Constructionline, CIBSE and BSRIA and are approved by the North West Consortium of NHS Trusts and are registered Low Carbon Consultants and Energy Assessors.

We deliver innovative, low carbon solutions to address the challenges of the future. All new projects are targeting BREEAM "excellent" rating.

We offer a full range of engineering environmental services including calculations for approved document Part L ( conservation of fuel), EPCs, DECs, SBEM, BREEAM and low carbon energy assessements.
